Just one look at the smart design gives the impression that there’s more than usual in the new wood moisture meters from Merlin Technology. And this impression does not deceive. The HM9 range is designed for veneers, parquet, furniture and cuts right down to the last detail. With 21 pre-programmed wood groups, these devices are as precise as a Swiss watch and as reliable as your best friend. The world first in the veneer meter is the wood thickness preselection with six measurement depths between 0.5 and 3 mm, which can be set exactly. “That's what carpenters and others were waiting for. There is no other comparable device on the market”, said Johann Reisinger, owner of Merlin Technology.

Compact, practical, clear
The robust HM9 devices fit easily into any trouser pocket and are available with measurement depths of up to 25 mm. Processors, software and quick characteristic curve selection enable lightning fast and simple to use. The illuminated display wins you over with its clarity and also shows the dry density, wood group and minimum wood thickness. The standard automatic calibration function is especially practical. “We’re happy to be measured on our HM9 range”, said Reisinger.
