The VISCORE humidification system is the perfect choice for small to mid-sized applications.
The PLC with touch screen lets you precisely control each zone/area and thanks to its modular design it can be easily extended. All zones are set-up individually (run and pause time, humidity,…), allowing you to perfectly adjust to the needs of each zone and keep your humidity at the right level.
A specially developed oil-lubricated pump allows minimum maintenance requirements only every 5,000 hours of operation (compared to 500-800h with others).
Treated water is brought to 1,000psi (65bar) and distributed through a high-pressure hose to the individual zones, where the humidification units spray to increase the humidity. The MICRO DROP high-performance nozzles ensure the finest atomization for fast evaporation.
The new design not only implements the user-friendly and up-to-date plug-and-play-principle, but is also technologically and not least optically future-oriented.
