Merlin humidification units draw-in warm and un-humidified air from the top of the unit and generates an airflow underneath for an optimal distribution and evaporation. The air distribution also assists in mixing the air and achieving a constant humidity throughout the area. For areas which have high ceilings, the Merlin humidification units can also be operated without a fan. The additional drop height helps to mix the humidified air and in combination with the adjustable run and pause time of the ALPHA or VISCORE a perfect operation is guaranteed for each room height.

The nozzle is characterized by a streamlined design and highest processing.
It is made of corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant stainless steel (SS316F / 1.4436). Available in different output capacities.
This includes check valve, self-closing at pressure < 300psi (20 bar). Average aerosol size at 1000psi (65 bar) and 40” (0,1 m) distance to atomizing orifice 11,5 µm (measured by Laser Diffraction Measuring as per ISO 13320).
